Several of our attorneys also provide legal services in the employee benefits/ERISA area which range from creating and overseeing qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, to amending such plans according to changes in the law, to preparing the wide-ranging supporting documentation necessary to obtain favorable determination letters from the Internal Revenue Service, to daily interpretation and application of the laws governing these plans.
