Clarksburg, WV Federal Courthouse

Clarksburg’s Federal Courthouse contains the following offices:

• The United States District Court, Northern District of West Virginia (also with courts in Elkins, Martinsburg, and Wheeling)
• The United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of West Virginia (also with an office in Wheeling) – located in the Edel Building at 324 West Main Street
• The Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of West Virginia (also with offices in Martinsburg and Wheeling) – located in the Huntington National Bank Building, 230 West Pike Street, Clarksburg, WV  26301

The Northern District Courthouse is located in the same building as the Post Office at 500 West Pike Street, Clarksburg, WV  26301.
